This month we celebrate Deborah’s success!
In 2015 Deborah began with Personal Best Fitness after a disheartening bone density report. She had done the research and discovered that strength training would help slow the effects of osteoporosis.
Working with her Doctor and staying extremely consistent with her strength training and nutrition, she has been able to build her bone density so she no longer has Osteoporosis!
She has made a huge impact around Personal Best in word and deed… not only does she inspire us when we see this 64 year old champion do 10 unassisted pull-ups and 100+ pushups every workout, but her personal philosophy of “The Power of Positive People” has encouraged all who walk in our doors.
