Courtney Porayko
Courtney Porayko grew up in Southern Illinois, but made Nashville home after graduating from Belmont University. Courtney has a degree in Education and teaches 6th grade World History in Nashville in addition to being an American College of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer.
After getting into fitness herself, she realized she wanted to educate others about healthy lifestyles and help them reach their goals.
