This month we celebrate Fred’s success! In March, Fred came to Personal Best Fitness looking to dial up his workouts and dial down stress, but most importantly, he had a goal of achieving a sustainable lifestyle of health. A week after Fred started training at Personal Best, the gym was forced to close due to social distancing protocols. However, this did not delay Fred’s progress. He continued to make his health a top priority by meeting regularly with his trainer, Blake, and in the last 8 weeks, Fred has lost 26 lbs!!

Fred follows a nutrition plan from our Registered Dietitian Heidi Olson and has reaped the amazing benefits of hard work and dedication.
