I began practicing yoga over 13 years ago to help with former injuries. I fell in love with the spiritual part of yoga – the whole mind, body, and soul connection – and it healed more than those injuries. I decided to pursue a teacher certification to share this love and healing on the mat with others. It has improved my tennis, my running, cycling and swimming as well.
I have been married to my best friend and soulmate, Karl, for 25 years, and we live in happy-chaos with three children and plenty of pets. I truly enjoy morning hikes at Radnor Lake, tennis, triathlon racing, quiet prayer and meditation time, gardening, reading, and of course, yoga.
