This guy right here is a testament to what you can do when you make up your mind to change.
Tom has been a client for years, and while he has always been active and in good shape, he wanted to take it to the next level. At the beginning of the summer, he set a goal to start walking everyday. In July, he walked 89 miles. In August, he walked 111 miles. In September he walked 120 miles.
Did we mention this has been one of the hottest summers ever?! He never made any excuses. He just walked, worked out, and ate cleaner.
The results? 490 total miles this summer, down 25 pounds, and he was able to stop taking his blood pressure meds. We are so proud of Tom and what he has accomplished this summer. Great job Tom!
