We are always inspired by Big Goals! Wiley Coley celebrated his 69th Birthday on March 1st, and to prepare…. He walked 69 Miles in the month of February!
And for his Birthday Workout we did-69 Squats, 69 sec planks, 69 back rows, 69 chest press, 69 curls, 69 presses, 69 crunches, etc etc and he never quit. He and his wife Margaret Coley have been working out 2x a week virtually for a year, but only have missed for the birth of grandchildren. We are so thankful for your consistency and continuing to inspire us all , and Happy Birthday Wiley !
